Mildred Johnson was a designer, painter and fiber artist in San Francisco, New York and Boston before moving to Maine in 2004. She has been making art from found objects for more than twenty years. A 1948 graduate with a degree in Architecture from the University of Oregon, she resides in Topsham and maintains a studio in Brunswick. This is her first major exhibit of found object assemblage.
