NICK FITZPATRICK LOST & FOUND Please click images above for full view. Nick Fitzpatrick is self taught. He has been transforming found materials into art since childhood. Trash day and dump finds; Indian artifacts found buried in the mud along Maine rivers; salvage from a wreck encountered whilst boating in Casco bay; Items washed up under the wharves along the Portland waterfront all have found their way into sculpture or assemblage or diorama. Fitzpatrick is a lobsterman. He resides in Portland and maintains a studio on Custom House Wharf.
